LPIC certification awarded by LPI is the global scope of the Linux professional certification. The LPIC certification is in accordance with world standards, neutral, and also the world’s largest professional certification. LPIC certification is designed to the system administrators who use the Linux operating system and related tools. LPIC is recognized by states, and can proof the personal use of Linux technology.
LPIC certification is divided into three (LPIC-1, LPIC-2 ,LPIC-3), which is based on the “task analysis”(JTA). At present, only LPIC-1 and LPIC-2 are offered. LPIC-3 is being planned.
LPIC-1 certification needs you through 117-101, 117-102 examinations.
117-102 ： Lpi Level 1 Exam 102
117-101 ： Lpi Level 1 Exam 101(with rpm)
If you want to take LPIC-2, you must have passed LPIC-1 first. LPIC-2 certification contains 117-201, 117-202 examinations.
117-199 ： Ubuntu Level 1 Exam
117-151 ： Lpi Level 1 Exam 101(with dpkg)
